However, in order to access some features related to the Service, such as allowing people to recognize your Voice Tweets or comments, you may be required to create a Call-n-Tweet account for which some personal information may be required.

We may record information about your usage, such as when you use the Service, the contacts you communicate with, the Voice Tweets you listen to, and the frequency and size of data transfers, as well as information you display or access using the Service.
